Puffed stuff – 3 cups
- buckwheat
- brown rice
- quinoa
- millet
Nuts (roughly chopped) – 1 cup
- almonds
- pistachios
- anything
Seeds – 1 cup
- pepitas
- sunflower seeds
- sesame
- linseeds (not too much)
Other – up to 1 cup
- coconut (desiccated or flaked)
- anything?!?
Spices / flavourings (any combo)
- orange zest 2-3 tsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- cardamon 1/4 tsp
- ground cloves up to 1/4 tsp
- pinch salt
Wet stuff – 1/2 cup
- coconut oil (melted) 1/4 cup
- honey, maple syrup or rice syrup 1/4 cup
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 175C
Mix all dry stuff
Mix wet stuff together
Mix wet into dry
Spread into a large baking tray
Bake approx 15 min, stirring occassionally and keeping an eye on it, until it’s done to your liking.
